Did you know that everything that is created is first a thought in our imagination?. This is one of the most powerful tools we have to create our lives. Visualization is a mental rehearsal of what's to come. Research has shown that the same neural connections are fired in the brain when we imagine doing something as actually doing it.



EFT: Emotional Freedom Technique is a powerful, safe and gentle technique that can be used alone or with other modalities. By gently tapping on the bodys meridians while thinking of a negative emotion, this alters the body's energy field, restoring it to "balance."



Meditation: Meditation is a practice that gives balance physically, emotionally and mentally. Meditation is an opportunity to spend time quieting the mind and focusing on the present moment making us more relaxed and better decision makers.
