I have always had a desire to serve in some way, a desire to help people, but for many years I struggled with my limiting beliefs that kept me frustrated, sad, angry, depressed and disappointed, thinking "is this all there is?" and would I ever 'find' my purpose?
I set goals, said affirmations and read a million books (maybe a slight exaggeration) on self-improvement, the law of attraction, you name it, I have probably read it. At times this only served to make me feel worse, as I thought, wow, I can't even get 'the law of attraction' right!
Of course I was getting it right, I was attracting exactly what I was focused on, and I was attracting what I was.....you don't get what you want, you get what you are. And when you are a bundle of contradictions, saying one thing consciously, but having an opposite unconscious belief, it sets you up for disappointment and frustration.
I understand your sadness, pain, hurt and anxiety, but I also know the joy and freedom you can feel when you heal yourself and your limiting beliefs and when you understand that you do indeed have all the resources inside of you, that there is nothing that needs to be added to you, only that you uncover your potential, unleash your greatness and you can live a wonderfully fulfilling and empowering life.
My strongest desire is for you to believe in yourself, and I am committed to helping you overcome any doubts and fears with my many tools, techniques and my willingness to hold the space for you, so that even when you are in your darkest hour, I know the light only needs to be switched on, and it would be my privilege to assist you with this.

I was born in Dublin, Ireland and moved to Kansas City in 1991, to experience a new adventure and probably return to Ireland after about a year, but life had other plans, because before long I got married and had 3 children, 1 boy and 2 girls, and I've been here ever since! I spent many years home with them and I was involved in numerous activities, and later I started my own business, making and selling celtic jewelry. This was something I enjoyed very much, however I had a nagging underlying feeling that there was something else that was mine to do and so I embarked on a quest to 'find my purpose', until one day it hit me, that my greatest pleasure and satisfaction was in helping people realize their true potential. I didn't understand all of this immediately, but like all of us, I am a work in progress. Once I realized this, I then started searching for education and training and I was blessed to find the Meta Institute in Edina, Minnesota, and although it meant travelling once a month, I am still attending this wonderful school as I pursue some advanced studies.
Like everyone, I have had my share of struggles and sorrow, but also my share of joys and celebrations, which I feel can only help me understand what you might be going through, because even though circumstances can differ, we have all felt pain and sadness in our lives, feelings of unworthiness and a desire to be happy.
